Booking a PUBLIC daily tour
When booking a PUBLIC tour; we will ask for credit card security at the time of booking. Prices stated are per person, in Australian dollars and are subject to change. Payment is required in full, prior to the tour commencing.
Cancelling a PUBLIC tour
If you cancel a public tour less than 7 days we will deduct 50% of the total tour price.
If you cancel a tour within 24 hours or NO SHOW we will deduct 100% of tour price.

PUBLIC tour pick ups
We need to know your pick-up point – 24 hours prior to departure.
There is NO REFUND for passengers who miss the bus because they changed their pick-up location and did not tell us or fail to get to the pick-up location at the scheduled departure time.
Tours must run on schedule and will not wait for late comers as passengers often have flights or Shows to catch in the evening.
Dietary requirements
Restaurants have an Allergens Menu and can accommodate most dietary requests: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, fructose free and seafood / crustacean free. Please advise when booking your tour.
Our Terms
We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators.
Venues are subject to availability and due to COVID 19 restrictions and staff shortages, venues can close at short notice. We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice during peak demand or to a venue being closed due to a private event.
Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles.
In accordance with state alcohol laws there is a strict no-drinking policy on the bus. Customers caught drinking alcohol on our buses will have the alcohol removed. If they insist on continuing to drink alcohol on board the bus the tour Guide will stop the tour immediately and organise a taxi to have the customer/s dropped back to their pick up location at the cost to the customer. No refunds will be given to customers in the event the tour is stopped.
Food and drink is not to be consumed on the bus.
Intoxicated and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
Unruly passengers causing disturbance will be removed from the bus, no refunds will be given.
Passengers who soil or vomit in the bus will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.
Our buses are not equipped with appropriate ‘child’ restraints.
To consume alcohol at the venues, passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years of age.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. The Voucher will expire 36 months from date of issue.
Fire Safety Procedures
During the summer months, when days are rated as ‘Extreme’ or ‘Code Red’ by the CFA some venues may choose to close the property to all visitors. The decision is usually made the day before, but can happen at short notice. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary if this occurs or cancel the tour in the event of extreme weather conditions and bush fires.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. cancellation or curtailment expenses, loss of luggage etc).
